Mike’s Return Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
Should you wish to return an item/order please remember that you get 14 days in which to do so on receipt of it. To carry out a refund/exchange just fill in this returns form and place it inside the parcel along with your returned item(s). Any returns received after this period may be declined. If you have any concerns /queries with regards to your return or its eligibility please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Please note that the customer must pay all costs associated with the return of the item(s) unless instructed otherwise by a member of the Mike November team.
Please don’t forget that you, as the customer, are liable for the safe return of your parcel until it arrives back at Mike Nov HQ. We strongly recommend sending returns via recorded/tracked delivery, giving you the peace of mind that your parcel will actually reach us.
Refunds are re charged against the payment method used when placing the order originally . On receiving your returned item(s) the Mike November team will begin processing your refund, the funds will take 3-5 working days to reappear in your account.
EXCHANGING ITEMS (Non faulty)
If you need to exchange an item please return it to us here at Mike November (again we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service) ensuring that you include all the relevant information on the returns form.
Within 7 days of receiving the exchange request we will have the exchanged items despatched to you via our standard delivery service, at no cost to you (UK mainland addresses only)
If there is a problem with your return/exchange we will contact you by email or by phone (details permitting)
Please ensure you use the returns form when requesting an exchange.
All exchanges must be for products/items of equal or lesser value, if the value is lesser you will receive Mike November credit, which is redeemable via our on line store. If replacement items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be required to pay the difference in cost between the products/orders.
If a product you are requesting is currently out of stock, you will be issued with Mike November credit for that product. Where possible please list alternative options on the returns form.
GUIDELINES SURROUNDING RETURNED AND EXCHANGED ITEMS
Please note that under certain circumstances we have the right to refuse a return/exchange. In order to avoid any confusion and upset please consult the following list which details circumstances in which we cannot accept the items back for return/exchange.
- We cannot accept items for return/exchange that have clearly been mistreated
- We cannot accept items for return/exchange that have been washed or dry cleaned.
- We cannot accept items for return/exchange that have been exposed to/ and or are covered in human/animal hair.
- We cannot accept items for return/exchange that have been exposed to /and or smell of perfume /aftershave /deodorant /body odour / or smoke.
*We cannot accept items which have had the tags cut out of them and have clearly been worn.
Please note that we also do not accept returns/exchanges for any items which are no longer available at Mike-November.com
EXCHANGING ITEMS (Faulty)
If you believe you have a faulty/defective item ( including items damaged in transit) please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
So that we can expedite matters we ask that you send pictures/images of the faulty/defected item(s) attached to your covering email. This will allow us to resolve the matter and get replacements to you much much quicker.
Postage/Shipping fees incurred by the return of items which are found to faulty/defected or damaged will be paid for by Mike November.
All faulty/defected and damaged goods should be returned to Mike November as soon as practicable, or within 28 days of purchase.
As per the regulations detailed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations act (formerly Distance Selling Regulations, 2014) you have the right to cancel your Mike November order for a full refund.
To cancel your order simply email us email@example.com and we will endeavour to cancel it prior to it being shipped to you. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped / you are already in possession of your order then you must email us (at the address above) within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods. Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will be liable for returning the order.
If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately, please do not return your item without making us aware of the issue.
